We are looking for the first HR person to join Bejamas, so you'll have a chance to set up (almost) from scratch all the recruitment processeses and talent acquisition rituals.

Bejamas has grown significantly in the last year and there’s still a lot of room for us to grow, hence your decisions will make a tremendous impact on the pace and way in which we flourish in the upcoming months.


  • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing HR processes & recruitment, ideally if at an IT/tech company.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in designing compensation programs.
  • High level of communication skills in spoken as well as written English.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation in Poland. Note that we hire people internationally, but Polish law applies in every case.


  • Create, optimize and manage the recruitment process
  • Create, optimize and manage the onboarding & offboarding process
  • Communicate effectively with the CEO and Business Development Director to identify near-future HR needs, advise on recruiting strategies and build pool of candidates
  • Indentify hiring needs and work to source candidates through advertising, referrals and ongoing job postings
  • Overseeing & managing our employer branding and brand awareness strategies (internally & externally)
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

Would be great to see:

  • hands-on experience with hiring software engineers internationally for remote positions
  • experience with building great cultures at remote-first and remote-only companies
