Bejamas grows fast, and with this growth, we need more structure in different areas. One of such areas is our Social Media and contact with our community. We are looking for a person who will help us in this field.

So far, we have a team consisting of several people taking care of the marketing topics, such as general strategy, content creation, SEO/SEM, etc. You will have a chance to cooperate with them daily, and you can always count on help from our designers.

Talking about the designers - we just started the journey with our second brand - Dodonut, which is all about sustainable web design. You will have a chance to grow this fresh new brand together with us (and we hope you will feel as excited as we are right now;). Besides this, we are organizing the coolest design conference in Poland soon (Design Ways Conference). We might also need your magic powers to build a community around it!

As you see, the tasks' diversity in this role will be something you definitely will experience. If this is what you are up to, check more details below:

  • The setting, planning, and implementing of social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Providing engaging content for all our social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) as well as helping with content creation for our blog
  • Communicating and building relationships with our community on social media and other platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit)
  • Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends and using them accordingly
  • Cooperating with the marketing and designers team
  • Cooperating with influencers, institutions, and organizations (for example, those promoting sustainability in IT)
  • Analyzing social media statistics and data and adjusting your strategy accordingly

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Community Manager, Social Media Specialist, etc.) - at least two years. Preferably in the tech-related company
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives (such as building the community on Discord etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with social media management (creating and distributing content, being in contact with the community, building the strategy for social media such as Linkedin, Twitter, Linkedin, and Facebook)
  • Excellent command of English (at least C1)
  • Excellent writing/storytelling and editorial skills
  • Experience in working with content writing tools as Google Docs, Grammarly, Thesaurus, Wordtune, VisuWords, and similar
  • Basic knowledge of Figma (export, changing the content and graphics)
  • Time- and tasks-management skills, ability to manage your work efficiently
  • Attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with content creation of longer forms (blog posts etc.)
  • Ability to create short animations and/or videos
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Climate change awareness

Please remember to add in your CV the link to the social media profiles you were/are responsible for and other content examples (like blog posts) you have had a chance to create so far!
